WINE DESCRIPTION
Our first vintage of Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is structured with fine tannins and layered notes of Santa Rosa plum and blackberries, mingle on the mid pallet with complex notes of graphite, white pepper, forest floor, and spicy cedar box, ending with a long smooth finish of bourbon vanilla.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Aged in 100% new French Oak barrels for 22 months.
